The invitation to the first exhibition of ceramic works by Lucie Rie and Hans Coper curated by Anita Besson at Fischer Fine Art London in 5 July – 3 August, 1984. The Private view was held on the 4th of July. Anita Besson worked as a director at Fischer Fine Art for 16 years. The gallery concentrated on fine art and sculpture, but in the 1980s, after Harry Fischer was succeeded by his son Wolfgang, Anita Besson was permitted to exhibit ceramics, resulting in this important joint exhibition.
